Erik glanced at his watch and cursed under his breath as he ran up the steps to Ceallach's office taking them three at a time. As he reached the landing he took a moment to catch his breath and cursed again under his breath, "Bloody hell I need to work out more again." Collecting himself he knocked on the door and opened it without waiting for Ceal to answer it. Glancing around the room he took in the tension and glanced at Ceal, "Missed the fun have I." He walked around the room and sat on the corner of Ceal's desk, "Sorry I'm late I had an issue to take care of. First years and Peeves..you can probably fill in the blanks there yourselves."

Ceallach looked up, when there was a knock on the door, and was about to stand, when the door opened, revealing Erik. "Fun? There wasn't even any yelling," she murmured. Well, there was, but not enough to warrant a mention. She could mention poor Scorpius' situation, but, she gathered he'd pick up on that soon enough. When she heard his reason, she shook her head. That bloody poltergeist. Couldn't they do something to get rid of him? "They're - uh - just working out what's going to happen next year," she said, shrugging her shoulders.

"Well good then I didn't miss anything," he said with a smirk. Hearing her coment he laughed, "Yeah that's what it was. They were plotting as ink bottles were being thrown down at them." He looked over his shoulder at her, "So how did it go?"

Ceallach sighed. "If you notice, we are down one set of parents," she said, shrugging her shoulders. "Mr Malfoy was here. But he - uh - left. Poor Scorpius is all on his own now. That bit was sad. And Mr Weasley got in his two-cents. But, Mrs Weasley is being reasonable, as usual. Poor Rose, and poor Scorpius," she mused softly.

"Yes well Mr. Malfoy is a bit of a git and always has been." He looked around the office and sighed, "Mrs. Weasley always was the sensible one of that lot." His gaze met Ceallach's and he smiled sadly, "What a bloody mess eh? I'm sorry that I was late. Really I am. I didn't want you to have to handle this yourself.... How are you?"

Ceallach nodded, trying a smile. "The trouble kids get themselves into these days," she agreed. As he continued, she shrugged her shoulders. "It's alright. You had a reason. I am capable of handling something like this on my own," she chuckled. "I'm fine," she answered. "How are you?"
