Angel shrugged her shoulders and then looked at the menu he was holding. "I don't know it all looks good," she complained her teeth catching her bottom lip for a moment as she continued to think. She glanced out of the corner of her eye and saw him watching her and she smiled before looking at the menu. "What about this? Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream?" she asked turning her full attention back to him. That one sounded so nice and yummy!

Aidan nodded, his mouth beginning to water, and not just because the dessert sounded nice. "Sounds good," he commented, keeping his eyes on her, even when the waitress that bought them their meals came. He ordered to dessert, still without taking his eyes off Angel. He didn't see the disappointed look the girl gave him before she walked off. "So, I'm gueesing you're still as addicted to chocolate as you used to be," he chuckled.

"It does doesn't it," Angel commented a small smile on her face as the same waitress came back to their table. The smile turned to a grin as he paid her no attention what so ever and kept his eyes on her own. "Possibly," she laughed. "I can't help it. It's just so nice and chocolatey." She knew that probably wasn't a word, but it explained it. "And I'm guessing you still haven't realised the effect you have on women considering how that girl just acted."

"Nice and chocolatey. Good use of adjectives there, babe," Aidan laughed. "Huh? Effect on women?" he asked, tearing his eyes away from Angel's face to look around. He saw the girl looking at him at the door to the kitchens. He gave her a small smile, and she flushed violently. "That's just ridiculous," he muttered, turning back to Angel. "You don't blush like that," he commented. "Could just be her."

"Thank you I do try," Angel said rolling her eyes a little. "You know what I meant anyways." She watched him look over at the waitress and had to cough to hide the laughter. The poor poor girl. "That's because I'm used to your good looks and charms," she said smiling. "I used to blush all the time. Remember?" Now the only time she blushed was when he complimented her, or looked at her in a certain way.

Aidan laughed. "You're used to it are you now," he chuckled, giving her a smile. "Yeah, I remember. I used to love it when you blushed. You look cute with pink cheeks," he said, reaching across to brush his fingers over her cheek, one side of his mouth turned up in a half smile.

"Well it's been a while," Angel said smiling softly. "But I'm basically used to it." So that was a lie and a half, he had gotten even more handsome, taller and musculer, she just knew how to most of the time keep the blush in check. And now wasn't one of those times, she realised as she felt the heat rising to them as Aidan called her cute and brushed her cheek gently. She couldn't help it anymore than the waitress could. "You should smile like that more often, it's nice," she said spotting the half smile he was wearing.

Aidan grinned as he felt her cheeks walming up under his fingers, and saw the red rising in them. "Ah. There we are. There's my Angel," he commented, not even realising he'd said 'my'. "Like what? I don't know how I'm smiling," he chuckled. He had no idea how he smiled. He was completely oblivious to everything like that!

Angel smiled and blushed even more when he called her his. "Now that's something I haven't been called in a while," she said meeting his eyes. "Your Angel," she explained seeing his confused face. "I don't know how to explain it," she said trying not to laugh, "but it is a really nice smile." A smile that she could easily put up with seeing every day like she used to. She saw the lady coming with the desert and smiled playfully. "Tell you what, you go check out your smile in the mirror and I'll stay here keeping watch over the desert."

Aidan looked at Angel, confused, when she said she hadn't been called that for a while. He'd called her Angel. Odd. Then his eyes widened as she explained. Oh dear He would love to be able to have her as his Angel again, but he was still technically with Ceallach. He laughed when she tried to explain his smile. When the dessert came, he smiled that same half-smile, not on purpose, just out of habit. "Nuh uh. I'm not leaving you alone! Least of all with the dessert. There'll be none left by the time I get back," he chuckled. He picked up a fork, taking a bit of cake and putting it in his mouth. He let it sit there for a moment, savouring the chocolatey taste, to use one of Angel's adjectives. "Mmm. That's even better than the chicken. This place is good," he commented, impressed.

Angel shook her head as the half smile appeared on his face again and grinned. "What? Don't you trust me?" she asked, pretending to be put out. "There'd be the crumbs and the melted part of the ice cream. Isn't that enough?" She laughed and picked up a spoon, getting some of the ice cream and cake together. It was extremely nice. The warm fudge cake blending in specially with the coldness of the ice cream. "I don't even know why I haven't been here before. Even if I only had the desert I'd be fine," she said. It was a really nice restaurant and she'd have to reccommend it to people. Ceallach included as long as she didn't ask who she went with.

Aidan laughed, shaking his head slightly as she said she'd come here for the dessert. He sighed, taking more cake into his mouth, it really was nice. He was watching her as she ate, thise perfect lips closing around the spoon. He had to fight back the insane urge to kiss her. If they weren't here, he would have just done it.

Angel smiled softly before focusing on the desert. Aidan was right, she still loved chocolate just as much as she had when she was in Hogwarts. Looking up from her spoonful of cake, she smiled finding his eyes on hers. Why did he have to be so good looking? And taken? Life wasn't fair sometimes. She sighed quietly then went back to the desert enjoying the tasty treat. "They should make this at Hogwarts," she commented.

Aidan was fighting with himself now. No, yes, no, yes, no ,yes. He wasn't even interested in the cake anymore. But, he resolved to sticking more in his mouth anyways, hoping it would help with his craving for her. It didn't. It fed it. Especially watching her eat. "Yeah. It's good cake. They should make it at the Ministry," he said, rather absent-mindedly. She sighed, leant forward and brushed his lips over hers.

Angel knew she had been right in choosing the desert and suggesting they shared it but part of her wanted to kiss him, though she knew he was off limits. Hearing his tone she looked at him puzzled. She'd thought he'd been enjoying himself and wondered what was wrong. As he leant forward, she felt his lips brush over hers briefly and after a moment smiled at him. "That was almost as nice as I remember," she said softly. She leaned closer to him and kissed him again her lips lingering on his before pulling back. "And that one was nicer." She never remembered being so bold, but if she only got one kiss from him before he went back to Ceal she wanted a good kiss.
