Cori smirked as she felt Ivan shiver under her nails. She applied a little more pressure, as they continued their prgression up his back, pulling his shirt with them. She sighed as his hands slipped under her top, gliding upwards, his lips kissing the skin he exposed, making small noises escape her lips, her skin heating up dangerously on impact.

Ivan couldn't control the groan that escaped his lips as he felt Cori press down harder on his back as she raised his shirt higher. He heard her sigh and smirked as he raised her shirt up higher and he kissed her chest as he pulled her shirt completely off. He continued his trail of kisses back up her neck and to her lips as he let his hands trail lightly along her sides and down her thighs.

Cori was cursing herself for being so responsive. But, when she heard him groan, as her nails pressed against his back, she smiled. As her shirt continued to rise up her body, and his lips followed, kissing her chest, she tugged his top over his head, breaking his contact with her skin for a moment. When her top left her body completely, she smiled. She hated clothing, but she had to wear it. School rules. She welcomed his lips back to hers, drawing his bottom lip between her lips, and sucking on it softly. Letting out a small noise as his hands slid down her body and over her thighs, as her hands made a slow exploration of his torso, her nails lightly grazing the skin.

Cassie walked into the common room and glanced around. There was no-one else around, which was unfortunate, because she was in a foul mood, and needed to take it out on someone. Today had included three of her least favourite subjects - Divination, Herbology and History of Magic. Well, the last one wouldn't be so bad if they were learning about something interesting, like the rise of the Death Eaters; though even then, it was all taught in a very biased way, with the Death Eaters depicted as the bad guys.
Cassie, of course, knew better. Her mother had seen to that, and the girl idolized her father - Aegir Mercer - who had been in Azkaban for nearly 25 years. Cassie knew she'd been conceived - and almost born - in the infamous wizard prison; only the intervention of a sympathetic ministry official had secured her mother's release just a month before Cassie's birth.
She shivered; unlike her cousin, Daemon, she always felt cold. She hated the winter, and wished the Slytherin common room and dormitories were at least at ground level. She disliked places that were too closed in, and although she'd become used to the Slytherin dungeon, secretly she would have preferred to have a tower common room.
Scowling, she took out her wand, and waved it at the fire, which immediately roared to life. Cassie seated herself in the comfortable armchair closest to the fire, and pulled a book out of her schoolbag. It was the first volume of a history of the Death Eaters - written by an actual Death Eater, and probably banned in this place - and Cassie was re-reading it for the third time. She tucked her legs up under her, still shivering slightly, and began to read.

Jessika walked down into the Common Room from her dorm and looked around. No one else except Cassie. She was a little bit wierd, that one. Jessika decided it would just be better if she sat still and quiet, not acknowledging the other girl at all. No need to aggrevate her. That would be silly. She curled up on one of the armchairs and opened her book to her marked page and began to read, trying to be as quiet as possible.
