Your name: Madcap/Susi Name of character: Dominique Weasley Why you want to play him/her: I love the idea of a Bill/Fleur kid (even if I prefer Fleur/Krum) and especially one that takes after her dad, not Fleur. Bill, but snooty. Fun, fun, fun. Short roleplay: Dominique swore fluently in French. Unfortunately that was the best she could do. Louis and Victorie spoke their mother's native tongue perfectly, where she stumbled over conjugated vowels and awkward pronunciation. She simply identified more with her fiery dad then her icy mother and pretty siblings. Dominique Wesley was a true daddy's girl. That's why, on that particular day, she was waiting at a sparsely populated subway station. For lack of anything better to do, she had asked her father to drop her off in muggle London that morning, and pick her up at their usual spot after work. It was something the father and daughter did almost regularly. On summer mornings Bill would leave for work with Dominique in tow, and while he worked she would wander around and wonder at marvels like the newest kitchen appliance or battery. Then by three o'clock she was bored, and would head over to the subway station to wait for her father for an hour and a half. This particular metro had trains pass by on the half-hour, which made for a good clock substitute. She was sitting, at the moment, on her favorite bench. It faced North, which she was sure she had read somewhere was good luck. Or maybe Aunt Hermione had said so. Or maybe she had made it up. Either way, it was rather comfortable, as far as benches go. Dominique was fidgeting with her hair, something she often did. She liked her hair; it was violently red and slightly curly. If any passing muggles did notice her, they'd most likely spot her hair and not that the book she was reading was entitled, The True Story of Little Red. It was an interesting book, one that Victoire had lent her. It detailed the "true" story of Little Red Riding Hood, a witch named Scarlett Hood, who had been scandalously involved with a werewolf named Benjamin Badd. According to the plot, she had tried to leave him, and he had gotten angry, so she tried to flee to her grandmother's house. And then a dashing young man named Hunter Woods fell in love with her, and challenged the wolf-man to a duel, which he won. Dominique was sure it was full of crap, but it was an interesting retelling anyway. Fortunately the delicately pretty redhead hadn't drawn that much attention. With an over-sized blue hoodie and matching ski cap, she successfully hid anything most men found worth paying attention to. Her long legs were hidden underneath comfortably baggy gray sweatpants, and her feet were clad in an old pair of trainers. The four-thirty train came rushing past, blowing strands of hair into her face, and making the pages of her book flutter wildly. When it had passed she smiled up at the scarred man now sitting next to her. "Hello, daddy," she said. "How was work?" word count: 477
